Since 2018 we have been working in partnership with Rowse Honey to combat poverty within a community in Ethiopia – giving the skills to keep bees and sell honey, and reforesting degraded land. As a result, trained beekeepers are now caring for more than 1,000 new honey bee colonies.

We have been running our flagship Sustainable Beekeeping Course at Ragman’s Lane Farm in Gloucestershire since 2007. This year we are taking it for the first time to Wakelyns Agroforestry in Suffolk – where we will run also a Beekeeping Taster day.
We partner with leading expert Chris Park to offer the best Straw and Willow Skep making, and a skep beekeeping Course, as well as artisanal Mead Making.
