Ragman's Lane Farm is a permaculture farm in Gloucestershire. Bees for Development's apiary is sited on the farm, and is the location for the Bees for Development Sustainable Beekeeping Course which takes place twice a year.
Ragman's Lane Farm is a 60 acre organic farm in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. We use farming practices that regenerate the land, using permaculture as a guiding design principle. We run courses educating and employing people to work the land sustainably.
We are delighted that Bees for Development have chosen us as their venue to deliver their unique training course in Sustainable Beekeeping which takes a new look at the relationship between honey bees and people. These weekend courses have been running twice a year since 2009.
